Knuckle weights are much better. Adding weight to your wheels puts unnecessary stain on the drive-train. Wheel weights = more mass to turn.

No knuckle weights available off the shelf as such, but DLux heavy knuckles (AX10 type) will do nicely. (Although a bit pricey to me...)

I've bee running lead stick on tire weights from an auto repair shop in my fronts for quite a while now and have not destroyed any drive train parts. No argument about rotating mass being bad...but for our power level and what we can do with what we got stick some lead on the rims and be done with it. You can also wrap thick soldering wire (the type used for plumbing not electronics) around the rim and tape it in place with electrical tape (which I did for my girl's CC01).

There is no affordable way to get knuckle weights on an RS10 axle unless you want to develop them yourself.
