Jeepers...those new USA / Canada tariffs are really adding up quickly!!!!! For that shipping cost, I would hope that this order is personally hand delivered within a couple of hours by RPP staff. :lmao:

This is due to the Traxxas item in your cart. We are not authorized to ship Traxxas items outside the USA, This is listed on all Traxxas items but we are not able to restrict them from being added to cart so the shipping cost for them is listed extremely high. This is standard for Traxxas, allows vendors in each county to not have to compete with others outside the country. Such as China retailers are not allowed to ship to USA. - Nate RPP Hobby

I had ordered a savox servo and some gearhead RC m3 BLACK nuts. Received package fast. 2 day. Opened found the nuts we're rusted. As if they were subject to moisture. A little hard to tell in picture.. so ya I was bummed. So I gave rpp a call first thing in the morning on Monday. Told them my issue. The guy put me on hold for a brief min to check the stock on the shelf,and they were all like that. I emailed them my order number and pics. They called me back a few hours later and had told me they got a good package on its way. Awesome customer service. Great experience with them. No run arounds. I order all my RC stuff from them. The MST line of scale trucks were only available from a outside USA source and what we did stock did not prove to be a great seller. We have the option to stock the brand but at this time are not. - Nate RPP Hobby

Just wanted to put up a quick post. I ordered a decent sized order last Thursday from RPP for the first time and used the free standard shipping. I'd say within 2 hours the shipment was marked as shipped. Dang!

Not only was it fast processing, they shipped it USPS priority. It got from CA to FL in two days flat.

I couldn't believe it when USPS knocked for the signature. Fast service, everything was perfect. Thank you!!!

I placed four orders with RPP in December totaling around $540 thanks in part to your holiday deals, but mostly because of your free shipping. The first three orders were great. They shipped right away and arrived within days which is very impressive during the super busy holiday rush. The last order, totaling over $400, always shipped very quickly, but when it arrived the box was out of square and there was a bulge on the one side which, to me, looked like something too large was stuffed in a box that was too small. This is what I found when I opened it. The $140 Vanquish axle was stuffed in a box that is too small for it. It's simply unacceptable to ship items without protection. This is especially true when it's a $400+ order. Thankfully the axle seems to be fine, but this should not happen again.

Also, please stop using packing peanuts and find something with less mess and more protection for the items that you ship!

Box looks adequate in size... just appears that the axle "settled" down in the bottom. Insulated in bubble-wrap or packing paper, appears it could've gone into the same box without the vulnerability. Also hate the peanuts. Love the Christmas Gearhead stickers, RPP!
