Default pull pal on a rock

works pretty good
or a tree branch works, a thin one, but the winches tug, so there is extra slack on the line which pops out the shovel.
gotta keep a finger on it...

I had to send him a message last weekend asking when/if it was shipped.Told me it should ship Monday or Tuesday.
That's still more than a week after he said he'd be getting home.NOT impressed with the wait.

I got that same email, and was promised the extra pull-pal as well. I ordered mine on the 7th of this month and haven't received anything yet, although I was told on Monday that he's shipping them this week. I was hoping to get at least one before last weekend's comp, but at this point I'll just be happy when they arrive.

Ordered mine on 3/24/10, and I just got an e-mail today from paypal that the item was shipped (wich atleast means that he printed a shipping label).

It is cool that he is giving everyone an extra pull-pal, but I really needed it two weeks ago for our scale run.

Ordered mine 4/3/10 (he was paid by Pay-Pal on the same date). I received the email 4/11/10 explaining about the death in the family stating I will get two anchors instead of one and have an email from him on 4/25/10 stating he was going to ship it last Tuesday (4/27/10) but no email from pay-Pal saying it shipped yet. I am cutting the guy some slack because I know how devastating a death of a close family member can be. I hope I get them by 5/15/10 (the date of our first scale comp of the season). That will also be 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for it.

Yes, I received an email from him as well and as I have explained that it is something we have to be patient with. I understand the situation and in this economy this may be his only form of extra income during these times. sometimes your left between a rock and a hard place due to unseen circumstances and just have to go with the flow and ride it out. unfortunately, some people do not understand and get pretty bent. I am positive that he will come through and get everyone taken care of, he seems like a pretty up front guy.

I see this item as more of a luxury item for scale rather than something that will be used often. its not really a "I need this in order to compete" item,
and for $16.00 and those of us whom have been waiting awhile for this and getting an extra one for the troubles. I think its very cool that he not only is doing that but trying his best to attend to all whom has made the order. I would have to assume that because of this post here, that he has had some better than usuall sales. So in that I can see how playing catch up is pretty difficult.

I know that @tw!ll (DH Fabrication) is working hard at getting his sliders and bumpers out, and sometimes the orders can be overwhelming. This is one of the reasons I have shut down my store temporarily, Between working a full time job out of state every week. I am only left with weekends to get things done.

Then you have never crawled Marine Creek Dam. It is the one place you "NEED" a winch on some of the courses these guys come up with (under our clubs scale rules, it is +2 to winch yourself and +5 to have someone else winch you).

I am not bent about the time it is taking as he went above and beyond in offering the second anchor. He has answered the emails I sent in a timely manner. Just hoping that I get the anchor for the comp as I have a feeling it will also be the recovery vehicle this time.

Nope.
When I check the tracking, all it says is that they were electronically notified.
How many people are close to the 45 days allowed to dispute it?
