|  Scale winch cable.
Not sure if this has been posted before, but I was browsing the local Michael's craft store and came across this beading wire. It's actually stranded wire that looks like scale cable and is flexible enough to not just coil up. The icing on the cake is that instead of tying a knot, you can actually crimp it together just like the real deal.   Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk |

It's very strong. Haven't broken it yet. Only issue I have had so far is it sometimes won't spool right and will get tangled up, but that's more of a design flaw with my winch and not the cable. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk |

Well sure enough I manage to break the line today. It broke in the middle if the line though and not where the crimps are. I was attempting an extremely hard pull and managed to stall my servo winch several times before the line broke. It really was pretty cool to see though. There was enough tension on the line to send the hook and anchor flying about 4 feet when it snapped. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk |
