| Yeah, I had to order them online. They arent too "yellow" either, just enough. They look great and they dont stretch. I made a 10" and a 20" tow strap and a tree protector for the winch. Lowe's had some small S hooks for the ends. They dont have the best scale looks but they will do the job! |

I will let you all know i repainted my truck this week and it is looking great and sticking like a biatch! I used a lil adhesion promoter and then shot the outside of it! You will see on sunday... oh and Kevin, i was just being honest. The color orange just makes me feel ill, Tennessee and Clemson both have the worst school colors ever! Im sure there's a toy company out there that makes an ATV. I would go that route before sinking a lot of money for an accessory. That trailer is nice though. here's one http://www.mackspw.com/Item--i-CRV02...tm_medium=feed |

that's just it, i want it to run, and i don't just want some look pretty accessory.not really sinking a lot of money into it either, i allready own the truck. the body, tires, and interior stuff is all i need. the interior can be built for cheap.

yeah, atv and utv's are not done in a scale that would match a scale truck. and actually having a working unit to go along with a scale truck i think would be a killer touch.

OH MAN! I just got everything buttoned up and did a little test drive with the 20t pinion and I think it has more that enough wheel speed for me. Here's how it looks in the chassis.... Chops' Honcho.......yes another one. UPDATE I just got thru modding the rock sliders so they fit closer to the body.... Before After Im gonna play with the mounts a little more. I think I might want them even closer to the body. Last edited by chops1sc; 03-12-2010 at 12:45 PM. |

kev, what do you think of the clod body, its still in good shape, just i am still a bit away from being able to handle the amount of customization needed to make it look good.

OK after the run i will be doing some work to the Scaler and Comp rig. First i need to put internal shocks on the front so it doesnt unload constantly. On the scaler i need to make mounts for the electroins box and battery tray so the hot glue can go. Lastly i am modding the TQ3 Jason was so kind to trade me for so it had Steering EPAs. Also some projects on the scaler will be New Holmes motor (way way to slow just ask Kevin and Jason), deciding on tires since i think i will stay with 1.9s, building a front bumper for it, making a interior, getting a winch, Building a rear bumper with tire carrier, sliders, and far off will be a real cage. Now if only i knew how to braze but i might try to solder the bumper and cage stuff?? INPUTS ?? Cole |

Went brushless on my rig and im putting the CC Micro on the daughters scaler with a 33t MTM once i get a reply on fixing it from CC. Absolutely love the Losi brushless setup and i am going to grab a 15t pinion to try out... Cole |

Well i was waiting for Jeff to post his news but I guess I have to do it for him. Jeff got a RTR Honcho. He is awaiting some new electronics and some other fab work and he will be ready to run the trails. |

Yeh. He's right. I got one. I sold my left testicle (thats the only one she would let me have back) and got just enough to go with my 200 bucks and get one. it was like 240. so you do the math. I got 40 for my left nut.
