Default ZRP Diablo Race Clods

Hey everybody my name is Gavyn, Im new to the forum but not new to RC...figured I would join, seems like a great group of guys. Im slowly getting into Crawling and scalers, Ive seen alot of nice builds here..My plan is to have at least 1 Clod based crawler and maybe another build later..

I wanted to show my 2 mod Clod Racers...Both are on a ZRP Diablo chassis made by Jon Zyck. I am a Bigfoot fan so both have custom Bigfoot bodies on them..using Rumble tires and TXT wheels..Savox 1258 servo. Both have Castle 5700kv sidewinders now.

Here are a few pics..

Thanks guys...the truck rides on rails and does handle the jumps well..The way Jon designed the sway bars really helps with that..and they are both really light, even the aluminum one isnt that heavy. Somehow I talked myself into another one lol...and I picked up a Zilla 2 chassis to make a crawler with.

Got my new shocks in yesterday! Gmade XD Aeration 93mm shocks...spent all night building them. Had to build 8 total for both Diablos...they feel great, I used 35wt Associated oil and the 3 hole piston (they come with 2,3, & 4 hole pistons)...Gonna install them tonight when I get home...they look awesome too!

Started working on the Summit Bigfoot and getting the new shocks installed..I left the stock knuckles in the rear for now, Ill replace them if I need to later...Shocks feel really good I might order the stiffer spring to see how it feels, but I love them.
