They are just the long 2.5 half shafts. Buy 4 of the yokes I listed and a package of these.

Thanks.

I'm not sure who made the body, I bought it a long time ago. I just checked Tower and didn't see it listed.

I don't think it's possible to run anything bigger then an 84t spur gear either, the yokes are extremely close to hitting with the 84t.

In order to fit the 2.5 yokes on the TLT axles you will need to bust out the Dremel. You'll have to grind away one of the flats inside the yoke, grind away the side that the pin end of the screw pin goes into (not shown in pics).

In the 2nd pic, the one on the left will fit on the axle the one on the right is for the spur side of the tranny.

Could I get a little help on the driveshafts. I bought part number 1951 and 4628x, is this the best way to go? I also purchase part number 4951, I know I need to take some of these back, what is the optimal driveshaft set up? If I go with part number 4628x and the 1951's what modifications do I need to make?

Thanks
Travis

You'll want the use the tranny output yokes, part #4927x all the way around, with the 2.5 Maxx long half shafts. I'm not sure about the part numbers you posted off hand. They may be the diff output yokes, which have a bigger inner diameter.

Another question, if I do need to go with the 4927x do they make that in steel? Or, if I go with the ones that I have, which have 2 grub screws will I need to modify the pinion?

Thanks
Travis

The Stampede driveshafts will work too, but the Maxx shafts are alot stronger.

They don't make the Maxx yokes in a steel version. The plastic yokes are plenty strong enough. I've broke inner axles and ring/pinion gears with the Maxx shafts, they don't really have any signs or wear aside from rock rash. I've personally never used Stampede driveshafts, so I'm not sure how the 2 grub screws will work. I did drilled my axle's pinion shafts out for the Maxx yokes and screw pins.

So, all I need to do is cut the lip off the yoke?

Yes, I do just that for the pinions, I use a Pede tranny so no need there. I have been running them forever, I have only popped 2 off and it was while using lots of brushless wheelspeed running Mashers, never has happened running Moabs.
