Default Buggy ideas

After seeing how well Sicj's comp buggy works I'm starting the thought process of building a new tuber. I'll be using 4130 cromo tubing in 3/16" dia. and some 1/8" rod for asthetics. I'm going for something light & simple. I"ve got a few ideas already. I'll probably use a stealth tranny and of course TLT axles. I'd like to build with using only 10' of tube since Ralph was like 22-23' and a pig. I wish I had CAD. Anyone want to draw it in CAD for me?

Being the cadwhore that I am, if you need anything I am also willing to help, as I love CAD tubers. You can see the buggy I drew here.

I'm thinking something like the BTF buggy in the rear and a formula toy front.

or like these with some of my own personal touches

Looks good, but a bit confusing I'll see if I can get a copy of CAD and play around with it.

the wheels are still squeeking on this one. I've got the overall design down now it's just putting the idea suspension under it.

I got it from Mcmaster carr. I need another stick just in case I mess up a bend. I drew a nice drawing of the chassis in paint but can't seem to attach it to the thread.

I may try and tig it. But I'm trying to limit the amount of tubing used. I have 6ft. but may need a few more feet.

This is a buggy type crawler. A little different than the jeep type you have listed above. Suppose to have a 12" wheelbase. The red box indicates the tranny. basically a 4" square.
