Springs are still way to stiff to even get it to flex. I'm going to the LHS tomorrow to see what I can find.

I got the knuckles here.

Lots of new pics.

So far this is the truck to beat in the MWRCA comp 2.2 class.

Updated specs list:
Quark brushless revolver setup
FM airtronics radio
12 wheelbase
Hitec 5955tg (steers like crazy)
1500 elite cells
Rear dig setup (Hobbico servo, futaba stripped gears)
Cut mashers
Air soft if the front tires only with foams out back
Gray losi springs in the front (softer)

Truck has been working great, its climbing ability far better then I would have expected from a tuber.

Thanks!

Here is some more

Remember that other tuber? That one is done to.

I need to mod a few things yet to mine, I need to mount a stronger servo mount that hitec 5955 moves the stock stuff around. I'd like to redo my decals.

Time to update my thread...

I really haven't done much to this rig in the last year.

Redid the panels for Nationals 2007. The style was getting old looking

I dropped the Small traxxas shocks for a 50/50 sprung/droop setup. It seems to flow way better over rocks. Has a more stable feel to it.

I've messed around with the rear links to lower my anti squat and make it climb a little better on the hills.

I went to Junfac Beadlocks and Losi Rock Claws. I wore those mashers bare waiting for a decent replacement option to arrive on the market. Finally the losi claws arrived, to give proline some competition.

Ditched the tiny Micro Dig servo for a Towerpro 995mg. Micro servos just don't work. I smoked 3 then went to something that could toss the fork around under load.

I went with rear lockouts, better quality knuckles up front to aid with steering. I bent my old yeah racing knuckles, that 5955TG just has plenty of power.

Swapped over to a Nomadio React radio. To avoid the crystal confussion. Works better then my airtronics as it is more adjustable and glitch free.

I just recently installed a CC BEC to assist the steering servo. At times running off the Quark ESC the servo would seem sluggish. Not no more.

Went with some Super slick stick on plastic for the lower skid, I don't get hung up as much as I used to.

I need more flex...

Now I just need to redo the body work RCC colors now that I'm a RCC Team member.
