I think I am going to use revo shaft, I don't like how the pedes are twisting up. I got the rear shaft in, but no pics, should have some later tonight.

Try a set of Maxx shafts, much tougher than Pede shafts and much smaller than the Revos.

Build is looking fantastic!

I say revo but I mean the revo half shafts the go from the tranny to the diffs, the ujoint is the same as the big revo shafts, but hte splines are way tougher.

Got some pics, don't get used to the pede shafts cause there comming out!!! I don't see how anyone uses these things, granted I am at about the max angle they can take, but I know the small revo's will handle it perfectly. Got a few manditory flex shots, once again its to dark for any video but it wouldn't be any good cause everytime I try anything extreme the pede's let me down. I am very pleased by the amount of flex I am getting. It's not even broken in at all and seems very stable. The brackets are going to hold up fine I think, I couldn't bend them with the vehicle's power. I'm still undesided about the batteries, I may just keep the stick pack were it is, seems stable enough. Suggestions welcome.

Some kind of wedge to tilt the rear axle up would make a better angle on that rear D-line but other than that looks good.

I'm not worried, the revo joints will handle that and probably 10 more degrees

Well I got the rear driveline in, I love these shafts! I don't know why I bothered with the Pede's, oh well, got the rear disconect in, its the same kind I used in the Yellow Jacket, one channel unlocks the rear driveline the other locks the axle. Works very smooth, expecialy with the TP servo.

Well I guess all I need now is a body and I'm ready to go. I am probably going to narrow the rims a little, and add foams, and as soon as I get another revo u-joint I am going to replace the pede shaft in the front. Also I rewound the lathe motor to my usual 35turns. I may go brushless with a revolver 2 and a mamba max, and get some 2/3 a 8 cell packs to get the cog even lower. Enjoy the pics and as usual if anything could be done better let me know. The body should be here tommorrow. Thanks.

Looks nice!!!

How well does the battery pack balance the weight of the motor and tranny?
and how do you think the brackets over the servo will hold up?

What are you going to do if you end up liking this more than your tuber?

I think I'm about to sell the tuber anyway, but I'm planning on running this for the SERCRC points series. I'll keep the tuber in super though, I havent seen anything that a stick can do better yet.
