It doesn't have the power you need. Look for a servo with a minimum of 200oz or more, depending on your budget.

what do you mean it doesnt have the power i need? even with the wheels up in the air it wont fully turn. hopefully my charged battery will help :P

litterally just need a peice of velcro and its done. velcro for mounting the radio to the underside of the hard body, need to velco cause it needs to come off to plug in/out the wires that go to it, too hard to do with while trying to put the body on all at once.

OK, somethings to check. Yes, charge the battery Does your radio have EPA's? Is there any binding in your steering linkage?(unhook the servo and see if everything moves freely) How old/what condition is the servo in?

dont know about the radio and EPA, i can try and find out. Its a radio out of a savage 25 (HPI) i will check. there is no binding, it moves very nicely, the servo is brand spanking new

Looking at your pics, one thing I noticed is, instead of having the tierod under the knuckles and using a spacer for the draglink, move the tierod on top of the knuckles and ditch the spacer. It will give you a better approach angle.

If the servo is new, and there is no binding, and the batt is charged, only thing I can think of is End Point Adjustments(EPA's)

I haven't used any HPI radios, so I can't say for sure if they do or don't have EPA's.

If the radio doesn't have EPA's, then they aren't limiting your steering. My theory was maybe your EPA's were set too low to let you get the full throw out of your steering.

alright i just tested it with a full bat. it turns more then it did so thats a good sign, im thinking the rest can be adjusted with the steering trim. one question though, is it safe to turn the servo by hand when its all shut off?

I do it all the time, but I don't really know, if you're not supposed to do that.
