i get more flex out of the channel then the angle though like a well over 180*

What channel did you use?
Mine only got around 65*-70*

Hmm that'a the exact size I used. I wonder if you some how got a different grade of aluminum.

Try 1/2 by 1/2 by 3/16, I belive that is what I used on Soya's clod.

Wow, that L is just to thin.

Like it was suggested, you need to use some channel like a Pimp Cane.

Brushlessnut, you are lucky it's not many times you get two vendors trying to help a person out with a product neither of them made.

I measured the piece that both Soya and Thumbman are using on their clods. It's 1/2 x 5/8 x 1/2 x 3/16 we got it at Menards in the metal section.
