Well after running more battery packs threw it than I can remember the RC4WD V-Twin tranny is holding up perfectly. I would recomend this set up to anyone wanting to do a TXT build with out having to do a lot of fabbing and custom work.

Good to hear the V-twin is holding up for ya As far as the axle dig mod mine only lasted a few hours before i stripped the gears and broke the axle case

| Yep the gears on the dig mod are getting worse and worse. I will need to change them over and elimninate the (slipper) so to speak. The slingers are just to big and add to much leverage to that set up.

Added a second cobalt puller, tranny is still holding up just fine......dig gears...not so much. eliminated the dig set up and evey thing is working like a champ.Believe it or not, run times are better with 2 motors.I think it is becuase I am not using as much throotle input to move this beast along. Thanks rc4wd for a great tranny and thanks to spidermonkey for letting me use the second cobalt for testing |
