Default front diff issue

Hey guys noob to this scene not new to RC. been into the hobby since the late 80's. This is my return back into the hobby after a short break of about 4 years. I picked up an FJ CC01 and just completed my build.

I had installed some goodies like the junfac driveshaft, GPM universals, and the yeah racing steering upgrade. With a locked rear using the supplied parts.

My problem is only the rears and one of the front wheels spin! The passenger front side is really tight and doesnt spin when i give it throttle.

-I removed all the aftermarket parts and put all the stock parts on.
-I also re checked the diff which spins freely with no load in and out of the chassis.
-Checked to see if there was any binding/rubbing, which i could not find. (other than the wheel)
everything spins and operates smoothly until i put the wheel on, i also swapped that too.

im currently going to tear it down again and give it another once over with fresh eyes

any help is greatly appreciated

mahalo!
