Needed a tube bender so I made my own.

It make some tight curves...

Started to make roll bar.

Itīs not the best roll bar in the world, but after some brazing I got this:

Still need to add a few things, but the oxigen bottle ended...

Thanks derb!

Added one more bar to the roll bar.

The roll bar is now secured to the body.

This LED bar is nice and all...

But Sam canīt see the road... :(

Well, it looks like it is another thing Iīll have to live with... :(

LED bar mounts. Not the most beautiful thing in the world, but they do their job.

Strangely it came out almost nice. Just a little adjustment and its fine.

General looks.

Started the spare tire carrier.

It didnīt came out that bad!

The tire will be like this and it will also stick a bit out of the body.

My metal work is impressive or my photo skills are good enough to hide my terrible metal skills?

Thanks anyway!

Update time!

The dashboard now incorporates a switch.

And, inside, it hides batteries to power the LED bar! Now, I can remove the body and only have to unplug the winch plug!

After waterproofing the LED bar, I broke two screws! I donīt know what they are made of!

Filled the dashboard.

Also made this piece to avoid debris entering the interior.

Made this link mounts to remove the original links, but made some mistakes... Will return to them later.

Back to the original links, I grinded down the edges, but it was to much, now the screw heads protrude... :banghead:

Now it has a matching spare wheel!

Cage needs some diagonals for (1:1 scale) functionality. Otherwise nice work.

Had a few minutes to work on this one today.

Dashboard and body primered.

Bumper was painter with Hammerite and then with semi gloss black.

Roll bar was painted only with Hammerite.

That is all for today.

Hope better days come soon, can't WAIT to see more on this one! This build has singlehandedly made my decision of what my next new kit will be (now...I reserve the right to buy someone else's project/used ride first ),I had been torn between a new SCX10 Dingo (for the shorter than my RTR SCX10 Jeep Rubi's wheelbase) or RC4WD TF2 (a bit pricey for me new),but MAN I'm loving your build (and thank you for always posting the pics on how you did things, really beneficial to us semi-noobs with no wrenching experience ). I'm thinking Jeep Wrangler or Bronco...but if there's a mere $5 differance in pricing, that Pajero looks killer too
