| My 1st CC-01
I picked up a Tamiya CC-01 Jeep Wrangler at my local hobby shop with only plans to use the body for my TF2 SWB project and wasn't going to use the rest of the kit... then I found a new FJ Cruiser body and I decided to build the CC-01 up. Nothing special at the moment, I plan on 4 linking the rear suspension and upgrading the steering a bit. I slapped a set of Vanquish Method wheels mounted to RC4WD Dick Cepek FC2 scale tires, I think the modern up to date wheels and tires fi this rig nicely. I'm also pretty happy with my paint job (finally, this is only the 3rd or 4th body I've painted and I seem to disappoint myself most of the time LOL).

Nice. You are much better at applying decals haha. Those ones on the rear corner windows did not stretch out enough for me. I really enjoyed putting that together- my first kit. |
