I got this in the mail today and promptly installed it on my truck. Here is everything included in the kit:



The quality of these aluminum screws and the delrin pieces is quite nice!

And you can see how this will allow you to outboard the shocks at the axle (mine are mounted between the two mounts at the axle in this pic):
