you need a separate bec no matter what, but you NEED one with the 1 cell as it doesn't have an internal, and no, no problems with it. as for the tekin motor, probably a 17.5 redline would be my bet, but wait for someone else to chime in on that.

the pro is huge, and you won't need 20a of power....the original will work just fine.

I'm going to follow ehills setup as best as I can...I figure I will throw the stock mounts in a box and never think about them again? I am probably going to get the eos606i off amazon...now I just need batts. Hobbyking is OOS of the nano 1300mah, what else should I consider? 3S or 4S? Is there a max amp I should stay under considering Im using the CC BEC standard? Last edited by drusierdmd; 03-15-2011 at 02:26 PM.

http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com/?ap...uid=G3E0D9295C While you are there do yourself a favor and order batterys at the same time. Ive ran most all the cheap china batterys and none have been as reliable and powerful as the ones from Chris. The nano ones were pretty good but lacked the punch of the Elite ones. Their prices for quality lipos are lower than most cheapo brands also. Gotta act fast though as we all gobble them up when they come into stock http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com/?me...841&sid=804509

Thanks for the advice Highland. The 0606i is only 85 shipped at amazon http://www.amazon.com/Hyperion-0606i...0220853&sr=8-1 but I will probably wait to order with some lipos, I like to support good companies. Would this be the batt to get: Elite 1300 7.4V 35C Lipo Pack? it is OOS What about this one: Poly RC PQ-1350LP-3S Li-Poly Battery? it is in stock. What about connectors, do I need deans leads? I'm sorry I sound like such a newb but I promise to pass on the knowledge! |

| http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com/?ap...uid=G3E0D9295C Same price over here from a reputable dealer that supports rc crawling Although I would look into the one i posted earlier for a few more $$$ you get ac/dc and aren't stuck to charging off a battery of buying an expensive power supply. All the Elite lipos are awesome. Just a matter of how much runtime you need and space to fit it. If you plan to comp at all go with the smallest lightest ones. If you crawl for fun the larger 1300 will be great. I run their 850 and 1000 4s packs and get a couple comp courses out of each on a power hog motor. as for connectors theere are many good options out there that will do the same job. The majority of us just use deans out of convenience and ease of use. They can be bought at any decent hobby shop, do their job well, and if we all run them we can swap batterys with others if needed. EDIT: Duh I was wrong you would be saving money and getting a better charger with the CBP 6i50. |

Check RPP hobby. Their service is top notch. I got my MMP there. I ordered a Trinity D3 motor for mine. Still haven't got it finished yet. What type of rock do you run?

those likely are them and will work fine in your losi depending on what turn of motor you will be running anything 18.5t and up should be fine and you will want to try the cheat mode on the mmp once you get everything together
