So how do you mount batt, esc, etc on to the links? Just zip tie some plexy or lexan across the links?

Thats how I did mine. Front preferably, however... I didn't have room so I did mine in the rear.

Thanks for the pic red, gives me an idea of how to mount. Still unsure how I will do it.
Okay, now that I have this apart, I am thinking of spinning the trans around to straighten the drive lines and free up some room for flexin. Is there any down fall to this..AT ALL.

So progress for this evening includes flipping the shocks, remounting them outboard using the top shock mount spacers on the bottom and bolting them to the outter most flange for the stock mount location, tracked down some shock mount arms from a fellow member and those will be on there way very soon, removed engine and gearbox and trimmed the side of the chassis to prepare for the 180'd gearbox mounting.
Ill continue with it tomorrow afternoon and hope to have most of it back together tomorrow eve.
Asp fpr widening the stance and keeping the tires out of the shocks I'm thinking of using the wideners i bought to keep my e-revo on its wheels during fast turns. I compared the hexs and thay look like they will work...any one try this yet. Ill post pics tomorrow.

This is actually turning out much better than I expected so I will revise and continue this in a new "build" thread. look for it shortly. I'll post a link to it when I get it up.
Thanks for all the tips and comments
