Default Removing screws from rim

I have Vanquish wheels and I cannot remove the screws from the rim, they are so tight that I end up stripping the screw's head.

How can I unscrew these things?

The tire is coming out and needs to be tucked back in.

if they are stripped i usually take a dremal with a cut off wheel and cut a grove in it and just use a flat head screw driver, make sure you either cut it right or use correct sized flat head so it fits snug should come right now then

you can also try to center drill it and use an easy out. I've had to do that before, just make sure you have the easy out seated solidly before attempting to extract the screw

also I find that if u put a little heat or penitrating lube on it, it will help losen up the corrosion of the 2 dissimilar metals. I find that after awhile any SS or oxide screw used in aluminum tends to oxidide/corrode and become "stuck"

What allen driver are you using ? A good quality set will fit better and have less chance of stripping the heads.

If they are 2mm, try the MIP 5/64 driver. It is numerically the same size but always seems to remove the tight and or stripped screws for me.
