Default Wheel weights and the foam

Added the stick on wheel weights to the Axail 1.9 beadlocks and the tire doesn't feel to flex as well. Do you guys trim the foam any when you add weights to them?

Thanks J.

I've never trimmed any of my foams an I always run the stick on wheel weights. What foams are you using?

I'm running 1.9 PBs on Axial beadlocks. I bought stick on weights but haven't installed them yet. Any suggestions on how much to add front and rear?

i just put 2.5 oz of stick on weights on my axial beadlocks and PB's with stock foam. The added size of the wheel with the weights helped stiffen up the inner foam a little bit and it feels much better IMHO.

don't worry is normal the weights press the foam, now depend only how much is heavier your truck I like my tyres a little deflated so I trim the foam
you can chose or trim inside just the space keeped by the weights or outside with classic star cut

The weights in the wheels made a huge difference .. The tires flexed pretty good still might trim the inners or do a small star cut outs.
