Talk about thread hijacking! I think I am going to go with pullers. I used to have a set when I had another truck, but never ended up having them during the winter season. They ran awesome in the mud. Thanks guys. |

Mine has fox shocks and a 2" paddle track and some new brakes looks like your going to go further, DOWN THE HILL LMFAO jk!

On a set of clod axles I find that the stock tires actually do very well. If you have multiple sets of stock tires the cool thing would be to widen the stockers for a bigger footprint. This question also depends on the condition of the snow being traversed. A large footprint works well on dry powdery snow. On compacted wet snow you could probably run a more aggressive tire with a smaller contact patch. |

The one thing I found to work the best in the snow is chains. Here are a few pics of some that I have made. These are not my best, just only ones I have pictures of. If you need help making some let me know. Steve |
