The perfect tire for cheap? Dream on sucka' The stock Savage tires fit Maxx wheels and have worked real good for me. Look cool, 6" tall and very soft rubber compound. Associated MGT (BFT) tires work great too. 7" tall, soft rubber compund, and fit Maxx wheels. Hate the tractor tread pattern but they work.

Annybody know what happened to those losi truck tires? those things looked great. I think those would be best. and to anwser your question. It all depends on what you run on, do you need under diff clearance, or traction.

BFT's are real good. I think the Losi tires will need to be narrowed for sure but they will be real cool. You hate the Kongs because they RULE!!!!!!

Now no digler, Just because everyone doesn't have the heart to cut kongs and make them worth. doesn't mean you have to go and flip them off.

Oh. You meant the BFT tires. The maxx tires are 5.5 inches. The BFT's are 6 7/8th About and inch and a half, which gives you .75 inchs more clearance. They are great tires. I use them on my Tight Squeez truck on TXT wheels.
