The RC4WD Compass tires are a little taller than your listed height but I have liked them so far on several different rock types. I am also waiting on the new Ottsix KLR tires to come out in a month or so.

I ran PitBulls until ProLine released their 1.9 Super Swamper in a larger XL size: 121mm
Best all around 1.9 tire imho: Pro-Line Interco Super Swamper Tire 1197 for Rock Crawling

(I've won many comps on them)

Are they beadlock or glue on wheels?

EDIT: look like glue on, should not be a problem.

I have never really ran the 1.9 rockbeast for an extended period of time. They were too short for alot of my builds. Pitbull makes a really good tire compound so, that can be hard to beat. I went with the Compass tires on the jeep I posted to get a little more height and them turning out to be a decent tire is a plus. The compound is good on those too.

The 1.9 Proline SX tires posted above by johnnyh66 are a good choice as well.

Proline tsl xl is a great tire on rock, and all other terrain.

I run both the pitbull rockbeast and a cut trepador. Both great tires.

Gotta say, on rocks, nothing can hold a candle to the bfg krawler.

After reading dozens of threads like this the one answer I can give you is ...

It depends.
Rc4wd Proline and Pit bull all have excellent tire compounds.
Any one of them will be a good choice. It boils down to this question.
Are you going to be crawling on only rock, and will it be clean? Or are you going into dirt as well? Mud? Are you competing?
If so choose a tire the winners are running as the best tire often depends on the conditions and area.
My personal favorite is the Proline tsl followed very closely by thePit Bull Growler's.

Yes.

There is no "best rock tire", all a matter of opinion as you can tell from the replies.
