I've had this problem with several rc4wd tires, but never with proline. You should try to return it :( Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk |

Hyrax tires can be an utter pita to mount. I wound up having to get completely different set of beadlock wheels just to mount the things correctly, granted all the other ones I had where RC4WD which is known to have issues with pro line beads.

My 2.2 K02's had the exact same issue. First time I can ever remember an issue with a PL product. I got mine through TowerHobbies and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. I would contact wherever you bought them from first, and they'll point you in the right direction. Assume PL would replace, though quite honestly I've never had to contact them.

I had the issue with a few sets of proline tires. Seems to be more common then people think. All of them were 2.2 crawler style tires. I have never had a problem with any race tire from proline though.

They'll replace it. I've had great customer service from them in the past.

| Re: Bad 1.9 Hyrax? I don't think its a common occurrence but I guess we can all understand that their are thousands of these tires being made and there will be a bad batch once in a while. Im sure Proline will replace or warranty it for you.

I had the same issue with a 2.2 Hyrax tire. It's the only time in the 30 years I've been in this hobby that I've had a defective ProLine product. They will replace it.

I personally think ProLine is trying to increase production and they are taking the tires out of the mold before they cool enough. | |
