Default New Pro Line M3 Moabs and Masher 2000

Just got a pre press release and looks like Pro Line is bringing out their Moab 2.2 and Masher 2000 2.2 tires in a M3 Compound. I think they should do a new tire my self

What advantage does the M3 compound have? Maybe they're trying to make them stickier yet

M3 will definately be softer and stickier, but they will wear out quicker too. Should be awesome on a comp rig though.

I'm not so sure that this tire compound will be the ticket. I think there is a point where you can get too soft. Especially in off-camber sidehilling situations. I think the tires they have now are perfect in compound but I agree with RPP, I would like to see another design rather than a different compound. Just to give us a few more tread options.

I do however appreciate them responding to our needs. Now that we have Losi in the crawler tire mix I can see in the future a battle of tires between Losi and Pro-Line. Thats good news all around

Kaetwo speaks, I listen.

Maybe they should make a new tire with a stiffer sidewall to make up for the M3 compound. Regardless, it's good news to see the competition heating up in the tire world.

Just sayin that so far the losi rock claws seem to really have an edge up on everyone, still the best tire i have seen to date, its going to be really hard to beat!

Not to mention that it took proline how long to actually make something crawler specific?????

I think they lost alot of respect for that move...

The Moabs have been out for a long time and are a crawling specific tire.

Have you ran Losi's or are you just basing your opinion on what others say?

Everyone raves about a new tire, but until they get out to the masses you can't be for sure. I'm not saying that the Rock claws aren't going to be the best (mine just arrived today) I just think it's a little early on to make that claim.

If they are anything like the M3 compound on the Gladiators I'm not going to think they are going to be any better than the M2 compound but I'm still hoping. I wish they would do the Badlands in 2.2 and M2

I welcome all brands, compounds, sizes, and tread patterns!

The more options we have available, the better off we are.

And I hate to see peeps abandon Pro Line when they have been our only source of usefull crawler tires for so long.

I'm sure they will do what ever is necessary to stay competitive.

They need to start and listen to the need of having Taller 2.2 Tires... Seems everyone who makes a new 2.2... It's either shorter or barely 5in Tall... We need a Nice and narrow 2.2 tire thats 5.5in tall....Maybe even 5.75in Tall...

A 40 series Losi Rock Claw would be interesting.

Wouldn't mind a 'Masher XL', either.

Like Dez said, more options would be best, then we'll end up with the perfect tyre eventually.

A 5.5 inch tire would be great for those of us who run Clod axles, but for the TLT/WK/AX10 axle users, the standard 2.2 tires seem to work fine.
