Default 3/16 brake line with pvc coating?

i've decided to give brazing a try. got my torch and have a exo cage on my scaler i want to change up. but the only brake tubing at my local auto parts store has a coating on it. i'm sure i can grind off the coating at the points i want to braze together but is this what other people are using? should i avoid it and find brake tubing elsewhere? recommendations?

The coated stuff is what I use, mostly for links but I have brazed with it.
You can put a section of it in a drill and spin it with sand paper wrapped around it to remove the coating.

My local O'Rileys sells brake line with no coating. If you have one near you you might try there too.
