Default Bending 3/16 titanium in a radius?

Just looking for ideas here, I need to bend my rear links in about a 5.5" radius arc for the chassis I'm designing. I really don't want to spend $75 on a roller at harbor freight for 2 links lol! Anyone have any ideas or ways to bend these without the roller?

Jake

I have a wire bender similar to that already, I'm wanting a radius not a sharp bend. :/

I bend mine with a brake line bender from auto parts store. Cheap and easy.

I used a pair of vise grips and the water pump pulley on a 5.0 mustang motor. You'll want something a little bit smaller than your desired radius because of how much the TI springs back.

Its not tubing that I'm trying to bend so I doubt a tubing bender would work, and the radius is way to tight, I'm going for an Arc about 5.5 inches in diameter similar to Egressors tuber's rear links. Having a hard time finding ideas lol

Thanks for the replys
Jake

Oh, ok, I see what you're trying to do. You want to do something like I did:

If you wish, we have a roller at work that I used for mine. I'm in Cali, but would be happy to roll something for you and mail it
