Default Can I weld with a Bernzomatic Torch?

I got an old pencil torch from my wife's grandfather when he passed away and totally forgot it was in my workshop, I am a bit of an idiot when it comes to this stuff but really want to build a trailer for my son's new RC boat we are giving him for his birthday. Can I do anything with this torch? Weld, braze, etc? If so, what do I need to make it work for this function?

Thanks

You might be able braze with the torch, It depends on which one it is. If you post up a pic of it than I might be able to tell.
I have had great success with these torches.
OX2550KC - Cutting, Welding and Brazing Torch Kit
BZ8250HTKC - Trigger Start Hose Torch Kit

Anything smaller would be difficult to produce enough heat to get the material to accept and melt the brazing rod.
