A new tip, feed roller, and liner will make it like new. Have you tried tightening the roller? try keeping the cable as straight as possible. Post a pic of your machine with the door open

Here are lincolns part numbers for the liners for your machine:
Liner .023" - .030" part# M16291-2 Part Discontinued – USE KP1937-2
Liner .030" - .035" part# M16291-6 Part Discontinued – USE KP1937-3
Liner .035" - .045" part# M16291-1 Part Discontinued – USE KP1937-1

For small stuff like rc cars I would suggest going with the first one for .023"-.030" new part# KP1937-2

Ebay listing $9.95 + $5.95 shipping
Lincoln MIG Welding Gun Liner KP1937 3 Magnum 100 L | eBay

You're welcome

The sp135 is actually best run with a .023 wire and 75/25 (argon & CO2) mix. The larger wire causes the machine to reach its duty cycle faster. Higher the wire the higher the amperage causing the machine to run hot. The gun is more than likely made by tweco. A good liner from a welding supply is about $25 and don't over tighten the feed roller tensioner. The rollers are also marked and make sure those are correct for your wire size.
