Default anyone experienced with solidworks????

IM novice at this not sure if this is right place to ask or not but I need help with solidworks.

I have made a part and I have a 3d printer trying to export part in stl from solidworks which I can do... however I am having issue when I try to use

slic3r to export to gcode. I have tried different reccomendations such as after export running program through netfabb which usually can fix any errors but its not finding any errors and the dimensions are changing from the original model also once I open the stl file in any slicing program I have used.

Did you ever get this figured out? I have Solidworks experience, but this sounded like it was more of an issue with slic3r.

I'm in the process of building a 3D printer and will more than likely run into this problem, so I was wondering what the solution was ahead of time.

I honestly do not have a clue how I fixed it. I restarted my computer and opened my save file re exported it and it worked no problem. I got my chassis plate made and worked like a charm.
