Default Mini torch questions ?

I have never used one but I want one of the smith minis. Is there a kit that comes with everything I need ?

If not what supplies do I need ?

Is there different gas setups to run?

Does it depend on what materials you are using?

How expensive are they ?

Sorry for the 20 questions I did look at some of the other threads but I'm on my phone and not finding the info.

I have a flux core wire welder but its one of the harbor freight ones and just seems like the torch would work better and I could use it on more material than just steel

I think the Smith Little Torch is USA. Everywhere I have seen it listed it says USA is COO.

It is very popular with some of the guys I work with. Not sure about the import models as far as quality, but the price is way cheaper.

I always believe you get what you pay for with that being said I'm always looking for a bargain if the quality is comparable.

I'm the same way but man they look the same everything about the kits. Harbor freight, smith, Chinese model even uses a very similar box. I'm not a pro so if it doesn't leak gets hot and tips work I'm good. I've found some for a little over 30.00 look just like smith and harbor freight which is prob Chinese anyway.

Everything you need to know about the Smith Little Torch (with pictures).

That should answer a lot of you questions.

I love my torch - easily one of the best tool investments I have made.
