You could go with a wheel that can use Vanquish SLW hub spacers and that would give you enough clearance so the wheel wouldn't rub on any of the suspension parts.

I've also heard of guys using these Proline wheels with the SLW hubs. You just have to drill out the screw holes for the SLW hubs. There is a guy on Youtube using 1.9 wheels with the 225 SLW hubs on a Telluride with Super Swamper XL's.

yea thats on a tellueride. mines a pede with wider arms. it will look like when i had the axial yeti wheels on wit hthe axial adapters. it was wide. look back at the pics.

How's the project going? Have you ever thought about using a Titan 21T motor instead of a 12T? Much more torque and you can run 3s if you so choose.
