Question Electronics.

I have been searching and have not been able to find anything. For those of you that have swapped out your Traxxas radio and servos what are you using a replacement?

Thanks.

I'm a Hitec servo guy, so I switched to a 7950. My radio is a Sky fly GT3C hacked.

I still use the stock radio, but will be replaced some day (need more channel)
First i changed to a powerhd 20kg steering servo, now i use a hh hv500 v2 on 3s (it's a monster) with a hh bypass
for the mini servos here's a thread for options:

I have installed Savox 1230SG steering servos on both of my TRX4s. I'm running a Mamba-X and CC 1406-2280 Slate motor on my #2 rig with a hacked GT3C TX and 8 channel Turnegy RX. Both perform surprisingly close to each other on both 2S and 3S. I do find I prefer the stock TRX4 TX simply because I can look at the switch and see if I have the diffs locked or not.

Switched over to a Spectrum DX4R pro radio and replaced the traxxas shift servo with a Savox SH0261MG. Also ditched the diff locking servo's.

Thanks all for the responses. I should have been more clear in my post. I was asking about Swapping out the Stock radio. I am not sure if I am 100 percent sold on it. I have other vehicles and really like my Airtronics MT4 but I know the TRX is a 5 channel. Also one if the cool feature of the TRX is the locking diffs and I dont want to loose that feature. So I am deciding on if I should switch all my stuff to Traxxas or go with another brand. I have heard good and bad about Spektrum.
