Yes.. its getting more black on the grill. Gonna try to strip off the chrome.. anyone have any tips on that? NVM.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMm8iWW2FK4 Side note.. R2J FSL sliders are in.. Just put a coat of paint on them. I lowered the body 1 hole..may go another. Had to notch the body where the bumper supports extend out. Last edited by ROLANDROCKSHOP; 10-08-2014 at 11:11 AM. |

I was worried about the plastic and it having some sort of chemical reaction and it melting the grill...

| Re: RolandRockshop's K5 Blazer I've used it on styrene models as a chrome and paint stripper, works fantastic for both. It's actually a favorite paint stripper within the plastic model car community.

Well i had barely enough to strip the chrome off... just enough to get down in the hard to reach parts. Then i just lightly sanded the rest off where i could. Sprayed it black, installed leds as well. It's Looking right now. Last edited by ROLANDROCKSHOP; 10-09-2014 at 07:49 AM. | ||
