Actually have dig/2 spd mod parts coming for the Ascender. Only run it on concrete blocks and rocks so the bottom gets well abused. As does the body, from all the odd angle 'research' it gets put thru. Gotta say though that it is very user friendly. Need to work on some link geometry and clearance issues too. |

Finally ordered some offset hubs for the 'Wagon' rims (to use on the Codyboy axle) plus a decal sheet and a coupla days later get confirmation from rc4wd that I can expect multiple shipments from various different warehouses. The decal sheet showed up today in a large padded envelope. Guess the hubs are coming from the warehouse in CHINA! Because they said it will be here in about 8 DAYS!!!

Also added about 1/8" of spacing to lengthen the rear upper links and the driveshaft is nearly straight into the pinion at full extension of the rear shocks and its bottom is slightly higher than the lower links. The bottom of the pumpkin is the first to hit stuff now, instead of the input. Seems the truck is 'quicker' off the line and a bit smoother feeling.
