Default Pinion gear size

If I have a "Turnigy Track Star 9.5T Sensored Brushless Motor 4120KV (540 size) and a 78t Spur Gear and a 2S, 2200 mha, 60C battery, how many teeth need my pinion gear so be on to achieve a top speed of about 25 mph?
Or would a Turnigy Track Star SCT 5T Sensored Brushless Motor 4150KV (550 size) be better to achieve my goal?
The car should not be used for anything serious, just for fun driving, but I do not want to overload my electronics. Should I choose a different motor?

sincerely,
dBuus

with a 4600kv on 2s i liked 22t. at 3600kv a 28t is nice. I like the latter combo better - you can actually control it at full throttle on 2s, and 3s is bonkers.

for your combo i`d choose a 24t pinion
