If you search for keyfob or keychain camera, keychain spy camera, etc...you should come up with several different variations.

I'm looking into these for shooting some POV vids with my Yota. I found some on Ebay that look identical to these, but they are listed as being 1280x960 HD 30 FPS. http://cgi.ebay.com/Mini-DV-Keychain...efaultDomain_0 For the low coin I'm tempted to try one, even if it ends up being 720x480 it'll still do the job. |

I love gadgets & have a 720P & 480i camcorder I strap to my mini losi rock crwalers. This seems way easier. I just ordered the "Spy Car KeyChain Mini DV Camera 1280*960 30FPS Video DV" off of ebay for $13 shipped from china-pandolar. I will let you know what I think once I get it & try it out. Cheers! |

I received my keychain camera today. Pretty cool. I have not tried it on my truck but finally figured out how to change the time. Because I am not a computer nerd I thought I would post what I did to change time. On Windows, click “start”, then click “All Programs”, then click “Accessories” & then click “Notepad”. In the writing area type: YYYY.MM.DD HR.MM.SS So for 10/31/2010 1:15am & 10 seconds type “2010.10.31 01.15.10” Then save as “TIME.TXT” in “My Documents”. Under “My Documents” click & copy the “TIME.TXT” file. Insert your micro SD into your computer, open it & when you see the folder “DCIM” click paste and place the “TIME.TXT” file in same spot. Do not paste the “TIME.TXT” in the “DCIM” folder. That’s it. I will try some recording tomorrow on my Losi Mini Rock Crawler and let you know what I think. Cheers from MN! |

software-schlosser Just save that bin.zip file on your computer, then extract all files to the camera and run the .exe file from the camera. Set the time for any version of this camera (and even get rid of the timestamp on some). | |
