I have question in regards to your 7 cell 2/3a packs. I have picked up a few packs from you guys but I have one for whatever reason will not hold a charge. I have tried to charge it .2 amps at 6v. After about 10 minutes the Piranha Digital Peak Charger starts sounding as if the battery is done. Any help you can provide would greatly appreciated

| Sorry for the delay, I've been up to my ears in giveaways. If you haven't gotten it to work yet, try charging that pack at 1C, which means 1x capacity. Capacity being 1500 milliamps, as that's what the battery is rated at. So set your charger at 1.5 amps. That is a great general rule of thumb about charging batteries, charge them at 1C, always a good place to start. If it peaks quickly, you should try adjusting your mV cutoff so it isn't so sensitive. I think your charger can do that, right? Those batteries are fully charged when they are slightly warm, just above ambient temperature. Can you not log in and just use Paypal? |

Try clearing your temporary internet files and cookies that might help. If not do like EP said and send me an email @ tcs and we will look into it for you Jeff. |
