Just got word back from Kevin, and like he always says about these things, he can't be specific. He's had the order in for a little bit now, so it could be as soon as a week, or up to four weeks.

Trying to find out status on a few orders

1. 21894 (ordered this last Monday and have not seen it yet) was delivered to a neighbors house. but they were hoping I would come track it down.

I ordered an hpi Defender body and x-trail and could not have been happier with packaging and how fast it got here. There was one problem though, I was really hoping for a TCS sticker. Big, small, medium anything.

Can anyone help me with this?? I recently put an x-trail on my ax-10 and the aluminum braces that go between the shocks are too long and push the top of my shock towers out. Have I done something incorrectly or do I need different ones? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The one thing I would like to suggest to Kevin would be to automatically include the tracking # with the emails that are sent out stating completed, etc. Or at least include the tracking # on the TCS site under your orders... Mine has only been a couple days but its just easier to open my bookmarks then sending out emails and waiting for answers...

I'll contact Kevin about the tracking numbers, but 10 times out of 10 for me, my order is at my door even before the Post Office updates their information.

Ok I just ordered the Hot Racing spool kit for the MRC from you guys. I didnt see anything on the site about it being backordered so I hope you guys have them???

Ive had to cancel 2 other orders from other vendors b/c some people apparently arent putting up the BACKORDERED notification on their sites.


So PLEAASE tell me you have them in stock............

I received my products...and most of the stuff looks great. Other than on the long inner axle, on one them the centering pin is missing...I emailed you reguarding this but have not got any response so i thought i would try it on here....and i am curious as to what you can do to help me in this situation.
