my first build.. venom creeper!

i have never built an rc vehicle ever. so i picked this, as my learning curve, wow! will i ever learn. i am so little into the build. but yet i find this is thing awesome!!!

Also I would mount the motor to the transmission before you get too involved and put more parts in your way. Take off the transmission cover(side with the rubber plug) and it makes it easier to line up the gear mesh between the pinion and spur.

also i will add that the fit and finish of the creeper kit leaves something to be desired. this kit requires modding as you go in the way of trimming, filing and re-drilling holes. I havea buddy who did a creeper kit for his first rig and then did a SCX10 kit, he said the SCX10 was a far easier build.
