I'd love to come out and play, but I have a workbench to build this evening....finally got some room cleared up in the house, so I can make the "Man Cave". Basically my office with a workbench on one side for all my R/C stuff, so I can finally have a decent sized area to rebuild stuff....she hates it when I clutter up the coffee table with servos, linkages, nuts, bolts, basically anything R/C related....hahaha

For anyone interested hobbytown will be hosting rock crawling competitions starting in the next few weeks. Kind of informal but scores will be kept. I'll post the first competion date as soon as it's decided on. Gonna try for a comp every other week. More details to come.

There has been talk about charging 2 bucks to run on the course this year but the owner of the store has not yet started charging. If you can make it come on out this wednesday around 5:00 PM. Usually there are about 3-4 regulars that show up and just mess around till the place shuts down at 8:00. I am thinking about starting the first competition on the 23 or 24 of Jan. in case you are interested in that too.

Your having the comp the same weekend as the VARCOR comp? That is not going to help bring in more people, otherwise I might have tried it:-( |

| Ha ha yeah I know but it is on Sat. so you could do a double header. I'm gonna make it to both. However this is just the first crack at it and I think the way we are setting it up you will be able to throw out at least 2 comps in the scoring to make it fair for people that can't make it to every comp. Think we're gonna try for every weekend so maybe you could make it out the the next one.
