I won't be able to make the next comp, so whatever you guys decide is fine by me .

I live close enough to the park, so all I gotta do is toss my crap in the van and go. Chances are, I'd be up there anyway!

Looks like I'll be there sometime between 12 and 1. It's just over a 2 hour trip for me.

I've decided to try and meet you guys by the ranger station around 11ish, or whatever time you think you'll be there, cuz trying to call me is prolly not gonna work (phone reception is really bad in park). I'll be driving a red '06 Jeep Liberty. I'll put my Honcho on the roof so you can spot me easy.

Tekin makes a handwound pro version also, ~$30. I haven't heard much on it though.

I run the Tekin 45T handwound in my comp crawler, and it's a very nice motor. Can't imagine the 35T would be bad. I still have a CC 5700 in my scaler. It's a bit fast, but it'll have to do for now.

I should be able to take a grill and will try to be there by noon. I've got the Coleman propane or a small charcoal grill...whatever works for you guys.

Better get wrenchin' so you can join the fun .

I've been working on my Chevy clod cab rig. Got a LNC rock light set for her, and hopefully head/tail lights will be working also. Motor is cut and tuned, big ass lipos, but lots left to do yet. I'm hoping to trail test it soon .
