2 new proline bodies

i think the Helios is got to be the ugliest body going.

My little nephew just came in (7years old) and thinks these new bodies are awesome.

So there you have it! LOL

NO joking. He said Wow, those are cool. Do they come with people in them! LOL, LOL Sorry proline wrong market! Most youngsters don't have enough patients for crawling in my op. That great though for the ones that like it!

Yea, I posted this in another forum, but it was just too funny.

I think your idea has merit as well and I would like to see bodies a little larger than these bobbed and dovetailed. But I'm going to try the chevy body and slam it good "thumbsup"

So a Stampede sized body but with Crawler attributes?

I wonder if everyone knows that Proline makes several bodies in this size that are slightly larger than the new ROCKSTAR and Helios but smaller than a traditional 10th scaler, including the C10 that everyone seems to like so much.

This looks awesome, IMO.

I'm even digging the paint job on this one now that it's been virtually lowered!

they probably work good, but are too small to look good (in those pics)

They are too short to look good IMO, and they don't cover the front servo/battery well when your truck rolls down the hill across the rocks and gets all beat up.

Stampede size body is perfect.

So the stampede size is the perfect size?

I can see it now....Proline will make a Stampede sized body and everyone will say that it's wrong.;-)

Mine is exposed and I have no issue. Of course with a low CG rig like the BlackJack it's a non issue.

I haven't had that problem, although it is possible .....but it's also possible to happen even if the servo is "covered" by the body. I think it's a non-issue.

even though the body looks ugly i think it has what it takes to make a good crawler body. proline put some thought into the workings of a comp crawler body, to bad they forgot to put some thinking into the looks.

They really did put a lot of thought into making it a performer. That is what counts in competition, right? Winning and performance........looks should be secondary, if counted at all.
As for the looks.......Looks are subjective. I think a lot of thinking went into the looks as well but many just don't have the same ideas of what looks good.

I saw Dirks Helios body in person today and it does look a lot better in person then they do on the pictures released. With the Helios body and the chassis that Dirk is running it the whole rig sat lower then the SW3 sitting next to it with no body on it. The Bottom of the skid plates were at the same height or just slightly different maybe a 1/8" total. Looks to be a really good low CG rig!

would be half way decent if they actually fit the crawler.. Looks like there Mini T bodies on a crawler.. Looks retarded. I wont be buying ANY of these bodies..
