Hows the new "true" ota link performin?? Hopefully better than the last BLC ota, no offense. It just seemed to develop sum slop. But that one looks good (cant see it too good on my celly ) i was workin on sumthin sorta like that a while back but gave up b4 too long lol. Nice job!

None taken,the last link had it's issues.I know that.

The "true" OTA rocks though!! I am liking this set up much better than the last.The link is solid steel rod this time,so no getting slop.There is no binding,you will have a lot of options on your drag link placement.This one just works!!I am very pleased with it.

I will get something posted up today on the Losi "True" OTA steering kit.

MOA Help

I am new to crawling but very seriously involved now with my son we have 4-LCCs A Team Losi Del Monte 21.5 Xcelerin clone another w/Novak 21.5 Ballistic and a MMPRO esc a third that I am installing a JRH cobalt 7t w/MMPRO esc and the 4th is Eritex MOA w/punk dig and HH TQMaster esc all set up with hitec 7905s or JR8711s for steering and VP DH pro comps front and SLW v2s rear on one of them the rest are stock losi wheels w/white dot HBR's. I have not found any info on the MOA, as far as how to wieght the front and rear axle. The motors are 14t HH cobalt. Also where would be the best placement for the lipo? I like the SLWs on your rig have you added weight inside the tires on the wheels? I will most likely be adding your ota set-up to all four send me a pm for priceing with a PM please.

Just take the axles out and throw them on a scale..:ror:
Best placement for a lipo on a losi moa rig is in the belly as far forward as you can go.
I am running 8oz in each front wheel,and 5 in each rear wheel as far as weights go.

Shoot me a PM whenever you wanna get those ota's.Also,I have a 48 pitch re gear for the Losi moa aswell that works wonders.Plus some other Losi inspired goodies..8)

Yah I am still running them.:shock:.One of the three I had shorted out in a weird way and burnt up itself and two holmes esc's in the mix of me trying to get it turned off and under control..I think new lipos are in my near future..I am gonna go 4s as soon as I find the right pack.

ya i saw that in the thread man, thats a bum dealio for sure. how is the wheelspeed/torque with the 30T/ 3s combo?? wat pinions are you running??

I am running 14t pinions and wheelspeed and torque is just right for me..

Why don't you like the Lipo on the rear axle? I see lots that won't put a Lipo back there, but then add weight...usually way more than a Lipo would add.

I am running 2oz. in each rear wheel with the Lipo over the axle and it seems to do fine. Running 6oz in each front. This was just converted over to MOA, so not much tuning yet.
