84 Chevy Mud Bogger

great looking chevy! nice work on all the drivetrain. when you have the body done you should get some scale offroad k-30 emblems

Thanks got it all mounted up. and yup there the 5 mm 12 tooth which the bearing i used worked perfect for the shaft too. I'm gonna make a new case for it. The outer plasic i use it kinda weak but i got the general idea on how to do it now and works perfect.

Yes they have bearing on both ends of shafts. Well got it all mounted up after shortening the front drive shaft 1/4 inch (not easy) ended up a little bit of a angle and i put two holes in the side of the case when drilling the to bracket so i got to reskin it or go overtop and make it stonger maybe keep it a little back on both sides and give it some detail and straighten it out

The Tranny is out of a cordless drill. I tore apart, rebuilt and returned about 5 of them to find one that had metal gears in it and the right motor size and the funny thing is the cheapest one had them metal gears in it.

For the tire i thought about that but i'm not the best tire gluer , but i'm really liking those trail busters from rc4w but who knows right now i think the tires are gonna be last at the rate this built is going need to find a good motor/esc combo think of going with the new traxxas brushless system in ther 1/18 revo/slash units and there water proof.

Great looking truck. I remember the 1:1 I had I miss the heck out of it. But I now get my fix on my TJ."thumbsup"

Well its been a busy summer havent got a whole lot done other than blowing up my tranny so it back to the drawing board on that one but i did make myself a sled deck now if i had just bought myself two sleds and not one and i could find another one i would be laughing.
