Building; Mud Patrol

I really hope you post a video of this great build in action. Never thought about building a custom mud bogger like this. Great creative build. Will be watching for the next video.

I love it when the damn Europeans step the game up. That it some really nice precision that obviously required some patience. As a perfectionist, I'm impressed.

Hi all!

Very cool to see you all like it. Thanks for the comments. Zuperb.
About the video... well. I have some footage for making a lil movie. Problem is that the car didnt get the chance to show its full potential. While driving i turned the car around and just hit another car with the front left wheel!
I will make a video but waiting on the mail to bring me a new axle-housing so i can make a good movie. Just have a lil patience:rolleyes:

Now, the time is almost there. 19th of may we have this awesome Scale run ahead. And after the run we have a little mud-bog! One of the reasons i made this machine. I will make my maiden run at the starting grid of the mud pit. This will be recorded ofcourse. With the small amount of footage i allready have and the new stuff i will be getting i want to put i nice movie together to post on youtube and here on this forum.

In short; have patience!

But i know how to keep your attention to this thread. Here is a lil preview on whats ahead!

My finished combo for that weekend!

Thnx for watching and the realy cool replies!"thumbsup"

Oh, a little question somebody asked was: How is the balance of the car?
I hope this will answer the question

That's a bad ass rig. We're all waiting on the video. Hope you do well in the bog pits.
By the way, what is MP's wheel base and it's turning radius?.

Here is one of the vids where you can see it in action. It is also posted on an other thread here.

I grew up in those days and I lived just outside Portage, Indiana.

The 1:1 Mud Patrol crew eventually moved on to the 1:1 Monster Patrol monster truck.

The Paint scheme was not Black and white but actually chocolate brown and tan, the same colors as the Porter County Sheriff's Police. Portage is in Porter County, Indiana.

I think you have done a good job of your inspired build!
