I test out new firmware for castle. I can tell you that the new firmware is improved on start up. So if there's not some problem hardware with in your MMX the new firmware will solve it

Awesome! Thanks. "thumbsup"I test out new firmware for castle. I can tell you that the new firmware is improved on start up. So if there's not some problem hardware with in your MMX the new firmware will solve it
Thanks, could that possibly be helped by gearing down a little so at 1000 rpm it is slower. Also just for some context about what rpm do your's or tekin's motors start up at. ThanksDifferent physical shapes. We both use a Japanese lamination supplier and high quality magnets. Castle uses one grade higher strength, I use one grade higher temp rating.
Congrats and thanks for your huge pictures.
The flex shot made me laugh so hard I felt complied to post. Too funny. Even funnier if you're serious.
Congrats! And that Bomber XL is awesome!Well I'm sure to get some haters for this one... I just won a Castle Creations Sensored motor from entering the Instagram Halloween contest !! Unbias data reports logs and serious abuse reports coming soon on my YouTube channel !! Subscribe "thumbsup"
No really, cool that you got the motor. Hope that it's sweet. Honest.
And, flex is overrated. One tire's height. No more.
Congrats on the prize! What ya have to compare with? Maybe I could help in that regard.
John asked if we wanted an 1/8th scale sensored motor but never came through. Probably because the interest wasn't there. But it would be sweet to see a comparison between that.

I'm sure ole' Johnny has a couple tricks in his bag "thumbsup" Does he possibility have a prototype sitting on his shelf ??
If a couple hundred is 200 OK. If it's more it's not a crawler motor.I gave Castle a call about startup rpm and tech said he didn't have those numbers yet because of the new firmware but that it would be somewhere around a couple hundred rpm. He said definite numbers wouldn't be out for a couple weeks because of firmware development so take it for what it's worth. He also said the new firmware will make it even lower
I'll go ahead and delete my post. I believe Holmes said the Tekin Roc had a startup of about 300 rpm and its a crawler motor. I was just stating what I know. I am waiting for real numbers too.If a couple hundred is 200 OK. If it's more it's not a crawler motor.
Now I wish they'd hurry up with the firmware release!
You can delete your own posts BTW.
