Well lately this stray cat has been coming around, attacking my 15yr old cat ( awesome cat), and my 2 other cats that are still young. My dad won't let me get a real gun. I can't get close enough to wack it with something. So what are some good pellet guns? Ha, i know pellet gun's but my BB gun won't kill it, as i've been shooting it for 2 weeks now and it still come's back. Thanks!

i've got a daisy/winchester one pump .22 cal pellet gun. i took down a cat that i thought was a rabbit once. it shoots at 600fps and was 60bucks. made of real wood. looks and feals like a real gun. the sights suck though so get a scope.

another good option for "big" game would be some of the 1200 fps .22's but they are like 250 dollars

I realize this cat is attacking your own pets and that really sucks. If the cat is truely just a stray, then you would probably be doing it a favour by taking him down. Please take into account tho that this may be someone's pet.

About a week ago, a friend of mine's cat dissappeared. He goes outside all the time during the day, but comes home for the evening. Well, one day he didn't show up. 2,3,4 days go by and still no sign of him... He shows up on the 5th day, nothing but skin and bones. He comes in the house, but won't eat or drink anything and hardly moves. My friend makes an appointment for the vet and we take him in. Xrays show a pellet lodged in his abdomen. The doctor quoted $600 for the surgery, and my friend said she couldn't afford that and was going to have to have him put down. I offer to split it with her because I told her she'd hate herself if she did put him down. So she went ahead with the surgery. The bill came to only $450, and even tho she couldn't really afford it, she refused to take any money from me.

Aldo is back to his old self again and running around, but if I ever find out who the bastard with the pellet gun is, I will take that thing and shove it up his ***...

Please take into consideration how you would feel if it was your cat being shot.

Get an automatic AirSoft gun. You can get one of those cheap ones from wally world or get a real one at a sporting goods store, or LHS.

No I understand that... And if it really is a stray... then fly at it... I don't consider a stray cat any different than a wild animal. But if there is any chance you can find out who the owner is give them the benefit of the doubt first and the oppourtunity to keep the cat indoors. Once the owner has been warned, and is attacking your cats on YOUR property. Go for it.

Get you a Gamo from bass pro shop I got one that will 1000ft per second. It cost me 349 bucks but its worth it I use it all the time to shot the squrials and stuff with around here. 22 works great though to. I got some cat stories but I can't share them on here LMAO. Might get in trouble or some bull**** like that. Benjamin is also a good one. beeman as-well. But I prefer gamo.

shoot shovel and shut up! That was the advice a Police man gave us, isnt that somethin, shere looks like they arent protecting are pets

yup thats basically what they all say unless they are peta members then they can go fook themselves:lol:

Almost any paintball marker would make him seriously think twice about coming back. If it will leave a grapefruit size bruise on a human with pants and shirt, just think of what it would do to a cat with just fur. Oh, and popping them in the fridge or freezer for an hour or two will make the balls alot harder to break. And a volley of 15 to 20 68 caliber ice balls flying at you would probably get a better hit rate than 1 pellet or bb, if he is on the run.
