used this and it works good, i made the mistake of using a cheap primer under it and its starting to flake at stress points. just prep the outside of the body good and spray it with the ultra flat and you should be good.

The orignal scx body in black looks good! im also going the the cgr blazer route with some black paint make a few dents and a nice spare!!

this may sound stupid does the stock truck body have to be trimmed or just painted.

The stock body is un-cut and clear, gonna have to do work!

No question is a dumb question, allways hated that about this site some guys can be pretty harsh on newbies, shheess im still one myself 8)

Got a complete light kit in the mail today. headlights, brakelights, rock lights and proline light bar all wired and ready to mount. going to hook it up and see how it works within the next couple days, work has been killing me. ill try to get some pics up asap

i got it from http://www.freewebs.com/billsrclighting/ he did a great job on all the wirering and shiped quick too. He made my kit custom to what i wanted and thats what i really liked about the deal!
